We are a great new UK fashion brand that has been created, developed and driven by Dean and Brian, the owners of a small manufacturing business in the centre of Leicester. From our roots and long history in the footwear industry, a new and exciting direction for the business was born.

Zatchels was inspired by years of experience and hard work in the leather industry and we have used our broad knowledge and contacts to bring to you some of the most vibrant satchels made from the best quality leathers you’ll find on the market today.

Our company has been making leather shoes and bags for many years so it wasn’t hard to diversify into making the products for Zatchels. The fantastic skills of our highly trained leather sewing machinists and other manufacturing staff are quite simply second to none.


Traditional British Manufacturing

We are keen to promote British manufacturing because unfortunately many of these long held traditional skills are being lost to overseas competition. However, we’re standing firm and believe that the beautiful hand-made satchels and bags we produce here, right in the heart of the UK, are something we can be very proud of.
